Your FindMySpa profile (also called your listing) is what guests see on your public spa page. You can update it anytime: change your description, update contact details, adjust hours, add services, upload new imagery, and more. This guide walks you through the editor panel by panel, exactly as it appears in the client dashboard.
1. Sign in to your FindMySpa client dashboard.
2. Go to Profiles.
3. Choose the listing you want to edit.
4. Open Edit using the kebab menu (this takes you to profiles/edit).

Once you’re in the editor, you’ll see:

At the top-right of the editor, you’ll see the primary action button:
You’ll also see a Deactivate button when your listing is Published or Pending. Deactivating sets the listing back to Draft.
Tip: you can make changes across multiple panels first. When you’re ready, use Save Changes or Publish Listing.
Open the Overview panel to edit the core identity of your listing.
Helpful tip: keep it recognisable and consistent with your signage and website.
If you leave it blank, the editor will prompt you to add a name.
Best practice:
Open Contact Details to set the public enquiry information guests will see.
The editor validates formatting for phone, email, and website.
Tip: for the Website field, include the full URL (for example
https://www.yourspa.com). The editor will also normalize the website format when you leave the field.
The Location panel controls your address and map placement.
1. Open Location.
2. If you don’t have an address set yet, you’ll immediately see a search box.
3. Start typing your address.
4. Choose the correct result from the dropdown.
When you select a result, FindMySpa saves:
If an address is already set, you’ll see it displayed along with an Edit button.

Why this matters: choosing an address from the search ensures your pin lands correctly on the map and your listing appears in the right city.
Open Hours to set your Operating Hours.

Tip: keep hours consistent with what you show on Google/Maps and your website to reduce guest confusion.
Categories help guests (and FindMySpa) understand what type of spa you are.
Best practice:

The Occupancy panel lets you tune how busy your spa tends to be across the week.
0 → 20 → 40 → 60 → 80 → 100 → back to 0
Note: occupancy values are used to power demand insights and related features.
Services are where you describe what guests can book or experience.
In the Services panel you can:
As you build services, the preview groups them to resemble the public profile layout.
Below Services you’ll also see Add-ons.
Add-ons are optional extras (upgrades or small add-on services) that complement a main service.
Tip: keep service names clear and guest-friendly, include durations, and ensure pricing reflects your current menu.
Use Media to upload and manage your listing images.
Images are optimised before upload for better performance.
You may see two sections:
You can set a cover image by clicking the small dot on an image card.

Tip: choose a cover image that clearly shows the mood and hero experience (bright, sharp, and representative).
Amenities help guests understand what facilities and features you offer.
1. Choose an amenity group (the group buttons at the top).
2. Use the search bar to quickly find a facility.
3. Click an amenity to toggle it on/off.
You’ll see a selected count, and selected amenities show a check indicator.
If you can’t find an amenity you offer:
Policies let you control which guest-facing policies appear on your listing.
Policies are grouped into categories such as:
Use the Search policies box to quickly filter the list.
There is a compact “Toggle all” control for the active category:
Tip: keep policies accurate and aligned with how your team actually operates.
As you work, the right-side preview updates to reflect your changes.
Depending on which panel you’re editing, the preview can show things like:
This helps you confirm your listing looks right before you save or publish.
You have changes that haven’t been finalised. Use Save Changes (published listings) or Publish Listing (draft listings) to persist updates.
Make sure you select a result from the dropdown search results. Typing without selecting won’t set the map location.
Check:
If upload fails, try uploading fewer images at a time.
If you’re stuck or your listing needs a unique change (for example, a specialty amenity that isn’t available yet), contact FindMySpa support and include:
